Formed in early 2020, Portrait Of developed their sound during a strange and disjointed era. Emerging from Bristol and sporting an eclectic range of influences, from Deerhunter to Ought to Talking Heads, the band delivers a unique mix of melodic hooks and hazy sonic textures – at times spooky, other times propulsive, always somewhere odd.
GRANDCHILD are a Bristol-based post-rock trio comprised of Finn Hodgson (drums/sampler), Calum Hunt (synth/sampler) and Nick Williams (guitar). Known for their dynamic live performances which combine grandiose cinematic instrumentation and spliced vocal samples, the band have spent the past three years conjuring these seismic disruptions.
Frances Pylons is the songwriting project of multidisciplinary artist C F Sherratt, combining elements of freak folk, avant pop and experimental music. FFO Joanna Newsom, Richard Dawson, Josephine Foster
