Feux live at The Louisiana, Bristol. Wednesday, 20th March 2024
Growing up in a house with three older brothers who all tried rapping before him, Feux was surrounded by music from a young age. His early musical influences include De La Soul, A Tribe Called Quest, Miles Davis and Bob Marley. With his relatable lyrics, powerful harmonies, and ability to jump from English to French effortlessly, Feux has built a core fanbase that keeps growing. He has collaborated with London-based producers such as kxmel, bb, and Mac Wetha to name a few, which has led the young artist to hone his own unique style of storytelling without being boxed into any specific genre. Following the release of ‘Pure Nine’ in 2020, ‘Dubious’ in 2021, and his debut album ‘Opal Blues’ in 2022, Feux shows no sign of slowing down as he continues to push boundaries on his creative journey.
Feux has placed himself as one of the most compelling live acts in the UK, having supported close friends Sainte and Lord Apex on their UK tours, Freddie Gibbs, Frankie Stew & Harvey Gunn and Kofi Stone. Securing a performance at the Pitchfork Festival 2022 and selling out his first Headline show at Camden Assembly in one week, are testaments of his electrifying performances and the buzz he has generated in the last couple of years.
Being part of the Converse ‘All Star’ Program, along with scoring the music for Reuben Selby for London Fashion Week has positioned him as one of the most exciting up and coming international artists, allowing him to expand his global reach. Through the program, Feux has performed in New York and will feature in Converse global campaigns, billboards, ads and more.
FEUX is a relatable creator. Someone people can connect with. His creative journey has enabled him to find his passion and purpose in life.
“When I perform I’m in the crowd, not a separate entity, I’m part of them. Something that is attainable and that can inspire people.” - Feux
