PARKII @ The Louisiana Bristol
Parkii live at The Louisiana, Bristol. Monday, 28th September 2026.
With support from Chasing Dolls + Narberth Nelly + Kurt Alexander
Mixing math rock smarts and emo hooks, Parkii are a band that encapsulate skate park spirit and sweaty basement shows. Three neighbours from the same town that became friends after hearing each other practice over the fence, Parkii is thriving in the emo scene here in Bristol and the South West.
Chasing Dolls is a band built on the raw energy of the moment. They describe their sound as a reflection of whatever emotions surface during their jam sessions, blending those feelings into a genre they call “math rock n roll.” While a wider audience might label them as alternative or math rock, within their own scene, they are the champions of “Southwest emo.” The line-up consists of Hayden on vocals, Munch on lead guitar, Will on drums, Theo on bass, and their newest member, Jasmin, on rhythm guitar and backing vocals. Together, they create music fuelled by social consciousness and a sense of romantic rebellion. This was taken from their ASBO magazine article. They’ve gone onto collect more global magazine and media features after releasing their first few singles onto streaming platforms over the last year. 2026 was a busy year for Chasing Dolls including their first full UK tour where the majority of the shows were sold out!
Narberth Nelly is a three-piece band born in Narberth, Wales Made in Bristol. Blending twinkly guitar lines, off-kilter rhythms, and lyrics that walk the tightrope between self-deprecating and devastating. Their music is messy, melodic, and unflinchingly honest.
Inspired by post-adolescence, the Post-emo trio Kurt Alexander have been cutting their teeth in small venues across the south west. Known for their high-energy shows and complete disregard for genre norms, the band create a “beautiful mix of emo, post-rock and post-hardcore” (Simon Smith, Sketchbook Records).
Show starts at 7pm.
